Our Veterinary Surgeons are ready and waiting for you at all 3 of our sites, whether your pet requires a routine booster Vaccination, or becomes ill and needs a Consultation. At Broad Lane and Balsall Common, Consultations are on an appointment basis to minimise your waiting time at these busy sites. At Radford Road, Consultations are on an open surgery basis. Consultations with a Veterinary Surgeon are normally chargeable.
We also offer free Consultations by appointment with our fully-qualified Veterinary Nurses for routine flea/worming information, weightwatcher clinics, dental care advice and post-operative checks. See our Nurse Clinics page for more information.
We try to keep case-continuity as this allows one of our vets to get to know your pet, their problems and you, as their owner. Please feel free to request the particular Vet you would like to see when arranging your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. However bear in mind that due to our extensive opening hours 7 days a week, our vets work a shift pattern and will not all be on duty all of the time. If you need an urgent appointment this may be booked with a different vet. However our comprehensive computerised clinical notes will ensure whichever of our vets you see, they are fully-informed about your pet's health.
