Making A Claim
Broad Lane Vets is happy to support owners who hold a pet insurance policy with any provider, and we undertake to help you when you make a claim. Regardless of which company you insure your pet with, so long as you have paid us at the point of service, we will process your pet insurance claims free-of-charge. Should you require a fast-track, we charge a small administrative fee to cover the staff overtime in doing this. We are also able to process Direct Claims for some insurers - though not all. We will ask that you request this well in advance of your pet's procedure where possible (minimum 2 weeks). We will require a copy of your Policy Schedule and full details before confirming whether we are able to proceed, and will charge a small admin fee for the additional time and work involved.
